change the comma postion IN format in Role Tailored Client ?

Hi All,
Is it possible to change the comma postion as indian format in Role Tailored Client ?
Ex:123456789 But in Navision 123,456,789 but i Need 12,34,56,789 in Role Tailored Client.
But i already changed digit grouping in regional settings as 12,34,56,789 and reatarted my PC also
But still problem is NOT SOLVED.
Is it possible or Not in RTC???? please help me
