Missing parts when Creating Layout Suggestions

Hi everyone,
I working on some Classic Reports to get RDLC layout...
I am using Options -> Create Layout Suggestions...
I noticed that most of the time, some parts are missing(for example, the header or some fields are missing)...
Is this normal???What shall I do?Shall I add the missing parts manually or what???

Create Layout suggestion creates only partial layout..remaining we have to develop..
