We have an addition to Navision that allows us to send reminders to our customers, this is instigated by pressing the issue reminders button after creating them, it looks for the relevant contact(s) attached to the customer and sends them the reminder via the media type specified in the correspondence type field in the contact. Some reminders would be printed to Zetafax printer and then therefore faxed, some would be converted to pdf and emailed via outlook and some in theory would be printed for posting. This is all done at a batch level.
The problem we have is that this has stopped working since the time we have moved the fax service to a new server.
When we press ‘Issue’ reminders now, Navision issues them but does not send them, no error messages or any other indication that there is a problem, they just don’t send by fax, email or print. The issued reminders exist, and we can send them manually, as we can with any other document set up to be sent this way, batch sending of invoices also still works, which would lead me to believe it is a problem with Navision.
However I tried sending reminders using an old testing database we set up purely to test the installation of the zetafax server, but the reminders also failed on this system.
This would lead me to believe that somewhere in the code for the reminders our old server might be referenced. This is just a guess based on eliminating the obvious but I cannot see how it works for all other documents and by sending in batches but not the reminders. I've looked in the code for the report and I can't see a reference to the server name, is there anything else I can do, any ideas greatly appreciated.

Zetafax can have some issues with RTC from what I have been told.
