NAV 2013 Web Server issue (3 servers installation)

HI

I have an issue with a brand new installation, we have 3 servers windows 2012, one APP server, one DB server and one IIS server.

We installed NAV 2013 on the APP and we configure DB server and it's working ok, using the Windows Client we can work with no problems.

ON the IIS server we just installed the WEB server component, but doesn't work. When I start the web client (browser) I had the following message (I'm trying to translate from Italian to English):
"There is an error on. Impossible to show content. Update the page or open a new browser window".
Original message is :
Si è verificato un errore del. Impossibile visualizzare il contenuto. Aggiornare la pagina o aprire una nuova finestra del browser.

I don't get why the first paragraph ends without give me any kind of message.

Any idea?, I'm looking to start the IIS on the APP server, and move my web installation temporarily to that server (to see if everything is working), but our final deployment (for security reasons too) is to work into a 3 separate servers, each one dedicated to one function.

Any suggestion, idea or example should be more than welcomed.

Can you install RTC on the IIS server and verify that you can start it? This to ensure that the connection Works.

Hi,

i have the same issue: Windows 2012 Standard server with Nav 2013 R2 service and web client installed. SQL 2008 on a different 2008R2 server.
The RTC works fine, web services are running fine, but when launching the web client, after the login form, i get the following error:

"Si è verificato un errore del. Impossibile visualizzare il contenuto. Aggiornare la pagina o aprire una nuova finestra del browser."
"There was an error. Unable to display content. Refresh the page or open a new browser window."

Inside the Application Event Viewer i got the following error:

To complete the setup you must set up delegation from Microsoft Dynamics NAV Web client to Microsoft Dynamics NAV Server. (Kerberos)

@nav_dev: I've had this error when having the profile "RAPIDSTART SERVICES" as default profile. There's a "Links" page on the role centre that causes this error. Change profile or remove "Links" and error disappears.

I've reported this to MS.
