can't export object (.fob) in NAV 2009

hi all,
i have installed nav 2009 and nav 2013 in the same machine
before I installed nav 2013, i can export object from nav 2009
now after i install nav 2013, if i want to export object fob, it can't
but if I export become txt is okay
anyone can help?
