NAV printing extra copies when using Printer Selection

When printing copies out of NAV we are able to print the correct number of copies of Invoices (for example) if we set the number of copies within NAV (on the Options tab). However, if we set the number of copies on the Printer Selection form we end up with double the number of copies requested i.e. if we ask for 2 we get 4, if we ask for 3 we get 6, and so on. Even printing a simple Customer Listing results in double the number of print jobs if we set the number of copies to anything more than one. This is only an issue for our NAV print jobs, print jobs from any other application print the correct number of copies.

Has anyone else seen this issue and, if so, how did you solve it :?:

We are using NAV 5.0 SP1. And thank you, Mohana, I will talk to our Partner about that hotfix. :thumbsup:
