I upgraded a database now it created tabes that have 1000000003 for Payment terms and all other orignal tables are there how do I remove these. :?:

If it is restoring at the moment, let it finish.
If the restore has been interupted, just restart a native restore. NAV will ask you if you want to continue the restore or if you want to undo it.

The issue Is I restored 3 of the 5 companies and thats all I wanted so the other 2 refuse to restore saying that there are duplicate fields in 10000000015 GL account.
