Using a Partner License

I have installed NAV with a Demo Cronus database and want to install our Partner objects, which is only allowed by changing the license file. I have copied and pasted the License file in the RTC folder on my c:/ and renamed it to fin.flf.
When I try to access the RTC now, I get a message saying the license cannot be accessed by the server.
How do I use my Partner license with the Demo database?

Someone from the partner organisation is only supposed to use their license.

You upload the license into the server.

tools->license information->Upload
