Sync data across databases and companies

hi all,
have anyone done create Sync data across databases and companies?
i have done this before using web service
is there a way to do that inside NAV?
so the scenario is :
I have database 1 (company 1 and company 2) , and database 2 (company 3 and company 4)
so what i maintain is only company 1....
after that i want to sync (let's say vendor master), can sync to all DB and all Companies
have anyone done create Sync data across databases and companies?
