For those of you supporting Belgium customers; there's an update for use of SEPA and Non-euro SEPA payments.

Except one thing; They seem to have forgotten to add a button Print on the form EB Payment Journal (2000001) like there is one on form 2000022 - Domiciliation Journal.
And because the button is missing, function PrintTestReport in codeunit 2000000 - PmtJrnlManagement never gets called.
So I added the button myself.
