Subcontracting Receiving process very slow in Window 7

Hi all,
i have a serious problem. I am using windows 7 & Window XP and receiving the Subcontracting Material, it took around 3-5 Minutes in posting process. Interestingly when i do the same process in Window Vista it wast posted in 5-6 Seconds. Can anyone help me out what is this issue.

This definitely has got something to do with the operating system. I suggest that you look in the event viewer and try to locate what is going wrong with the processes.

This is happening in all the system which have windows 7(Ultimate, Professional). I have checked the event viewer but there i saw the "Audit policies " which were executed when i am receiving the sub. cont. material. Is this a problem due to these audit policies? i am not able to locate the problem actually.

It is very difficult to understand and comment on this issue offline. Also, I don't see anyone else complaining about such a problem. So, it looks like an issue with your environment. Regarding what you said about audit policies, it can be a reason, so, give it a try (disable these audit trail policies). Other than that, you may consult someone who understands Windows OS related issues better.
