NS Outlook Synchronization Handler problem

Hi all,

situation: Navision 5.01 SP1, Office 2010, Bullzip

we developed something to make purchase quotes and orders as a pdf in attachment in Outlook with a single click and to the right mailaddress. Now a new Nav installation gives this error every time the user tries to send an order to outlook as pdf attatch.

Could not create an instance of the OLE control or Automation Server identified by ...{03BC4F50-2ABB-48B3-B2A6-3F08EB1D013E} 1.7:{4DD4A3AB-B2FB-4852-A2C8-7C4691C536EA}:'NS Outlook Synchronization Handler'.OApplication.).

Checked in register, hotfixes from MS, reïnstallated Nav with outlook plugin, debugged in Nav (stuck on Create (OApplication and codeunit 397) ,reïnstall Bullzip, comdlg32.ocx, tried many Mibuso and other options all without the solution unfortunately.....

It's a common problem but to fix it is quite hard it seems... ](*,) ](*,)

Thanks in advance guys  !

Not sure whether this will help, but since (it looks like that) you have already put in some efforts and tried to fix this, did you try with the SMTP Mail code unit (object id 400)?

I suggest that you give it a try.

Thanks for your reply Chinmoy. This is not the solution because the mail will be sent automatically and we always add a text to the suppliers and add a signature.

Other options? Win XP might be the problem because with Win 7 neither one user has a problem with this issue.

UPDATE: Solved with selecting the mailclient MS Outlook....
