Can't Delete an imported Report or Pages

Hi, i have tried to import a Dashboard from http://blogs.msdn.com/b/nav/archive/200 ... -2009.aspx i downloaded the .fob, went into Classic>Object Design>File Import> selected the Fob & imported it & it created the Report & 2 pages, however when i try to open the Report or the Pages via Design, i get You do not have permission to read the page - contact your system administrator, i have tried this as a super user & as a developer & still get this error. I then tried to delete the report & the pages, but i again get the error i do not have permission - can anyone help?

If your NAV license doesn't include access to report 70010 and pages 70001, 70002 then you won't be able to execute these objects. You should contact your NAV partner to a) add these objectnumbers to your license or b) have these objects removed out of your database.

Looking at our License then you are right, these pages are not on there, what is this range of numbers typically used for, are there extra costs to have these? Just trying to be prepared before i talk to our partner.

Those range are for enhancement.
There is extra cost to add the range.
