Hi, how could I or how would be the best way to share the outlook integration for specific users.
One group that could not use the outlook integration and other that could use it.
Outlook is set up and working currently, we just need to hide those options for the rest of the users who should not use it.

I hope you are referring the toolbar that is created in Outlook to synchronize contact, appointment and task in outlook with the corresponding items in Navision.
If that is the case, then while installing RTC and/or Classic client on user machine you can Make Microsoft office Outlook Add-In Unavailable for the users whom you don't want to show this add-in.
You can see that in the attached image.
