I have a user that gets "'00' is not a Valid Date" when they select "Edit Analysis View" option in RTC. It's not a problem for other users.

It works fine in "Classic" for the user. I know the quick Fix on the Classic Version is to Delete the Users "ZUP" File. Is there an equivalent fix in RTC

Any help would be appreciated

    Hi dgrenham,

If that was resolved in Classic Client after deleting the .zup file, then u can follow the below listed steps for the user -

    1) User Filters on RTC pages get stored in a table (2000000080 - Page Data Personalization).
    2) You can run the table from Classic client and filter it for selected user.
    3) Delete records in the table for selected user and then try again.
    4) If that is resolved by deleting .zup file these steps should resolve the issue.

Let's me know if above listed issue doesn't resolve your issue.

    Thanks & Regards,
