SAVEASPDF Problem

Hello,
The SAVEASPDF causing me problems in the Navision 2009 r2 three tier environment. The following error message is generated when using the SAVEASPDF command with the appropriate parameters. ](*,)
"The server "net.tcp://mh-samsung:7046/dynamicsnavr2/Service" is either unavailable or your connection has been lost. Do you want to attempt to reconnect?"
The situation is as following:
http://blogs.msdn.com/b/nav/archive/2009/01/26/how-to-get-a-dynamics-nav-report-with-a-web-service.aspx
I am using the above solution to save reports as PDF and attach them to emails. Everything works well if I test it on my local machine with SQL server installed (local system account) middle tier (buildin network account). But when I change the middle tier service account to local system (situation on-site) or a designated service account which I set to local administrator the rtc client loses connection as seen in the error message. I think it has to do with read or write rights on the folder that stores the TEMP PDF files created by the SAVEASPDF command, the full path of the PDF is as following "C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Microsoft Dynamics NAV\60\Server\MicrosoftDynamicsNavServer\users\SUL\*******\TEMP\Remittance Advice Acc 10000.pdf".
Does anyone experienced these problems before and has a solution for me?
Many thanks in advance

The problem is solved had nothing to do with rights, after a full database compile the error disappeared.0

can we filter before we produce as pdf?FileName := 'C:\StockReport.xls';
ReturnValue := StockReport.SAVEASPDF(FileName);
this report is using item ledger entry
but i want to be filtered "posting date" as today0
