Sql Server ODBC (State ID HYD00)

Hi All
I have installled Nav 2009 R2 in my client system. The RTC is working, But when i connect classic client its showing error Sql server odbc time out error.. (state id hyd00). i dont know why coming this error and where i have to check.
So If anyone knows pls inform me.. its very critical issue in client side.. ](*,)

2) Have you tried to select TCP protocol on second tab of the opend database dialog?

Can you create a standard ODBC connection to the database (from Control Panel -> Administrative Tools)?
If not, it could be a problem with the workstation/network/environment and not direclty NAV.
