Action on field in page

please bear with me if the question is too stupid, but i'm new to the RTC and don't know where to get the information.
I have opened the item list and saw, that sometimes the cursor changes from an arrow to a hand. When i click this field a new card page is opened. But where can i see which action is linked to this field ? (i. e. if i hover over field "Substitutes Exist" page 5716 is opened).
