Terminal Server installation loops

When I call the mail code unit from a terminal server client, Navision tries to install again. If the user has enough rights, it will finally loop enough times and open outlook. But the next time the same user calls the mail code unit, the install comes up again.
I have read the previous posts about this and tried the batch file. I am still having the same problem.
I think this was working correctly before we installed Outlook2003 on the terminal server.
Any ideas?

Hi,
you may have a look at this:
Installing Navision Attain 3.60 on Windows 2000-Based
Terminal Server
Question
Are there any problems when installing Navision Attain 3.60 on a Windows
2000-based Terminal Server?
Answer
Yes, there are. Some problems are generated due to Windows Installer
interfering with user operations. (For example, when the user presses F1
or activates objects that use Word automation.) Due to a number of
problems with Windows Installer activating during the execution of
Navision Attain, a workaround for the installation procedure is described
here.
How to install:
1. Copy the contents of the Client folder from the product CD to a
temporary folder.
2. Copy the files attached in this note to the same folder.
3. Switch to install mode on the Terminal Server. This can be done with
the command "change user /install' from a command prompt or by simply
running the install script from Add/Remove Programs in the Control Panel.
4. Run Install_TS.bat to install the Navision Attain client.
Syntax:
"INSTALL_TS <SourcePath>"
: SourcePath Full path to the location of the MSI file.
5. Note: Be aware that installing Microsoft Data Access Components can
require you to reboot your server.
If you need the batches, i' will send it to you. Just let me know your mail-adress.

We finally go this to work. I think the problem was that we upgraded the exchange client after we had installed the navision client. We had to back up and do everything in the correct sequence.Beth Hagan0
