Webservice partly no working

We have published some Pages as Webservices.
The application works fine in the RTC.
Using the Webservices, we get randomly Errors like
'The Object Table cannot be changed because it is used by another User. Wait until the user is finished and then try again' using FaultExeption in the code.
We get this on different pages, sometimes on pages we just read Information.
We never have this using the RTC Clients.
Any ideas?

- if we stay for about 1 to 1.5 minutes on the webpage that came up with the error, ist works again
- if we wait about 1 to 1.5 Minuten between Actions, we get no errors at all and everything works as designed.
Any help appriciated.
