NAV 2009 crash when Adobe Reader is open

Hi
one of my client have problem with NAV 2009 R2 Classic. When he open Adobe Reader and switch many times between these 2 windows, NAV suddenly crash. How can I check what is the reason of this problem? Maybe someone had the same?

I have never seen something like this before.
Is your customer receiving any error messages? What about Windows Event Logs?
