P_DA_EN; error

Dear All,
I am getting this error when i run the replication from one database to another, both databases are on my local machine,
i gt a back up from a client and i am testing it on my local machine, at client site it is working fine but when i restored them on my local machine it is giving this error,
the error is : P_DA_EN;Cannot set current key to Source Counter field\Program returned error.
