Hi,

We've configured a new development license for NAV 7 but don't works on RTC, otherwise, on Development Environment works OK. I can upload it and, after that, I can save reports, create tables, etc... , but when I open RTC, the system drops the attached message.

I put it on RTC Folder (C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Dynamics NAV\70\RoleTailored Client) and, after restart of services, the message is the same.

The license has this granules:

610 Partner Demo/Dev Module
620 Product Specialist
630 Solution Developer
900 All application granules

System Properties:
.- Windows 7 SP1 Professional x64
.- SQL Server Express 2008, RTC and Development Environment installed in the same machine.
.- Using administrator login
.- One user (me)

I don't know what's going on. Can you help me?.

Thank you.

The license has to be uploaded, then you restart the service tier.

    Hi DenSter,

I dit it, license uploaded into NAV 2013, restarted the service tier and didn't work. Reboot the computer and the same, didn't work.
I think that license was badly configured so I don't know if it needs a granule or directly is wrong license.

In Database Information says that Licensed Sessions are zero. It's suspicious.

    Thank you!

Call MSFT, have them check your license and issue a new one.

When configuring the demo/dev license, you need to select the granule for user session and you need to enter how much (max 20).
