Where can I set Defaults for shipping agent options

I'm trying to ship packages using Fedex Smartpost, so everytime I create a SO I have to go into the package shipping agent options, then under the delivery tab check fedex smartpost and select parcel Select in the Fedex smartpost indicia. I do all this even though the E-ship tab is set to fedex smart post. Is there anywhere that I can just set this up once?
