I tried to search training material for kitting from partner resource, but was not able to find it.
Would you please kindly let mek now where I could find the training docu?

There are two documents on partnersource - I'd send links but partnersource is down right now. Instead, Google:
what's new in nav kitting
nav kitting whitepaper
Those searches will return various links to PDFs of the two documents - both are for classic, and I have not seen anything for RTC.
