Menusuite Permission in Dynamics NAV 2013

Hello Experts,

I have install the Dynamics NAV 2013 with demo database.but i get some problem..

I have 2 query

Want to give super user permission to my login & also want to synchronize it

I have upload my own developer license NAV 2013 but got

error in modify Menusuite as below
