Error to convert Data Base NAVR2 to NAV 2013

Hi!
This is the first error I find trying to convert a 2009 R2 BD in a 2013 BD

I try to convert to 2013 DB directly, open the database with a client in 2013 and asks me if I want to convert DB. When OK
I get the following error: There TableData 2000000120 in the new version to its users, since this version of another user ID is 2000000002.

I made this process many times in previous versions and did not have this problem any time.
How can i solve this problem?

Did you try by taking the backup from NAV2009R2 and restore in NAV32013 version database..

You have to log in using Windows, then it works.
