Error on Transfer Order Posting

Hi,
I've created a Transfer Order and posted it successfully using Warehouse/Shipment facility. During the 2nd posting (Warehouse Receipt, i encountered an error 'Item Ledger Entry Entry xxx does not exist'.
I use NAV 2009 SP1 R1.
What can possibly caused this error? What will i do to proceed with the posting?
Any help will be much appreciated.
