Accessing PagePart in page webservice in .NET

Hi
Im publishing page webservice that have three Part that reference to ListPart pages that I have created.
Is it possible to access the ListPart page from the main page in .net? If not, how can I create page that I can publish that have many underlying table behind it and I can easy access all the fields behind these tables in .NET, and these tables can also be linked together?
