How VAT Statement Line works?

Hi everyone,
I'm trying to understand how VAT Statement Line Table is filled in... I think it is filled during an automatic process but which? It's not possible that avery time you add a new VAT for a product you have to update manually the content of this table...
Exist somewhere a codeunit that read data from VAT Posting Setup and use this entry for update VAT Statement Line Table. :?:

I solved it writing a new report that analyze the VAT Entry Table and show a summary of all the entry for the period choosed by user.
