Production Output Date changes at Posting

We are having an issue with the Posting date changing during our output process. Our finished good cases are scanned to a container as they enter our warehouse. At some point during this process, we are having the date change to the next day and throwing off our reporting. The lot number is being read from the case label and this show us what the correct production date actually is. We've checked the date & time on all servers and handhelds, but they are all correct. These changes appear to be occuring around 8:45 PM. Any help is appreciated.
