Problems with NATHASH.DLL and NAS

Hello all,
we have a problem with the NATHASH.DLL and the NAS at one of our customers.
The customer has a windows 2008 R2 Server and Microsoft Dynamics NAV 5.0 Update 2.
If the customer uses one of our XML-interfaces, he gets the error:
Could not create an instance of the OLE control or Automation server identified by
GUID={A378E78B-5DB6-45E9-B598-9ED74A7CCCE1}
1.0:{30E9A1F9-9B22-4D26-91CF-C6CC2D9BC2D9}:'Navision Attain Hash 1.0'.BSTRConverter.
Check
While debugging we saw, that the NAS codeunit stopps at the CREATE of the automation NATHASH.DLL (BSTRConverter).
We unregistered and registered the NATHASH.DLL several times, but without any success.
The user of the NAS service has been changed several times and he has domain admin rights.
We also copied the NATHASH.DLL from another customer, where the interfaces works without any problems. But also here no success.
With the tool "dependency walker" we tried to find any missing objects (in the past I had once the case, that for example the MAPI.DLL, was missing).
But also here nothing special.
The strange thing is, that more than 60 customers work with exactly the same objects and just one has a problem!?!
Do you have any good ideas?
Thank you very much, Beno
