Service order adding item problem

Hello, I am new to NAV.

The situation is after creating the service order and specify a contract no., I have a problem adding an item differed the items in the contract no. in the service line. The system do not allow me to choose other items than the items in the contract. What can I do if I want to choose other items than the items in the contract??? Please advise.
