Messages with codeunit NAS execution

Hi all,
my question is quite simple: when i execute a codeunit via NAS it's necessary, in order to avoid NAS stop and transaction abort, to test - with GUIALLOWED function - all GUI references (message, error, confirm, testfield, fielderror, window object) or only GUI references that needs user interactions?
