Temp and Zup

I posted long ago on the Zup. Now I have a new insight and experience and need help.
I don't understand Zup.
We use in house Navision 2.01b located on the Domain Controller.
The issue is on Term Server Windows 2000 Citrix Metaframe.
Recently I had to setup two workers who need to work from home (illness). They need to access Navision.
I created on C:\Home a folder for Angela and for Anne-Marie.
I then logged into Citrix as Angela and when the Navision screen came up I got random
Temp errors. I deleted from C:\Home\Angela her angela.zup.
I logged in again and again and I keep getting the Temp messages.
I tried it with Maureen. And the same results.
I took a zup file from former employee Amy's folder.
I copied Amy.zup into Angela's folder and renamed it > Amy.zup to Angela.zup.
I logged into Citirx and the Navision screen came up. The temp errors disappeared.
I then went to File > Server > Connect and I was eventually given the opportunity to chose a company.
I then did the same for Anne-Marie. Renamed Amy.zup to Anne-Marie.zup in Anne-Marie's folder and upon the
next log in I had a normal Navision session. Deleting Anne-Marie and Angela's zup didn't work. However coping over
into their folder's Amy's old zup did work.
I thought deleting zups would create a fresh new one for the user?
It was by blind experiement replacing the users zup with the Amy.zup that I got the Citrix Navision session to work
I have no idea why it is working and I have no idea why and/or what are the Temps
Let me know your thoughts as I am trying to understand the behavior of zups in a Citrix ICA environment.
Thanks
