Web services does not reflect changes in the code

We have been using web services for some time now and it has worked OK until we upgraded from NAV 2009 SP1 to NAV 2009 R2. After that the changes I do inside my Codeunit are not reflected to the web anymore. Functions are still the same when I check the WSDL. The old functions seem to work OK with the new version.
I have tried to rename the web service, restart the NAV Server, NAV Webservice but nothing helps. Does anyone have a suggestion as what the problem could be? I am 100% sure I am working in the correct database
Edit: After restarting the server it seems to work properly again, very odd
