How to apply filter on Page Action

Using: RTC MS Dynamics NAV 2009 R2 on MS SQL 2008
The objective is to be able to print a report from page action (see the attached image).
I have a page with list of sales order. I would like to highlight(pick) a sales order and be able to click on an action button which would
open up the print dialog box. Problem is that the sales order (No.) is not automatically applied on the filter. How can I ensure that the filter is applied based on the user selection.
