Notes in RTC - No ability to sort and filter

Hello,

Has anyone out there ever put more than 10 records in the notes in the RTC. ??

over time built a list of calls / conversations with a customer ?

What happens when the list gets to more than the box can hold ?

Does your form sort them in date order then when the form opens goes to the the last record and not the newest ?

Anyone managed to get this form to open on the FIRST record ?
