Hi All,

I have modified Sales Order post and print functionality in such way that when User book invoice for Sales Order using "Invoice" or "Ship & Invoice" option from Sales Order screen then Sales Invoice report will be printed to pdf and it will be send as email attachedment to Customer on specified EMail id.

It works fine but When Sales Order is fully invoiced then it gets deleted. Report is print from SalesInvHeader and pdf is generated.

In Last, I am getting attached screenshot error. I am getting Error in case of fully invoiced Sales Order only & It is deleted. ](*,) ](*,) ](*,)

Any help is appriciated.

You should Email the "Sales Invoice" Document not the "Sales Order"

I have seen the message sometimes and as far as I can see it's a problem with standard NAV.

If the cursor is placed in the subform when you post, you get the message if the sales header record is deleted when posting. If the cursor is placed in the mainform, you don't get the message.

I have solution you can just download here: http://sdrv.ms/R6cP88

It will give you the ability to sent Sales Order attached as PDF to an e-mail.
