Print Terms & Condition Dynamic on Report

Hii Everyone

I Would Like to Add Dynamic Terms & Condition When I am Running Purchase Order Report
My Terms and Condition on Notepad File. and One more thing Terms and Condition is printed on Separate Page
Without Header and Footer.

Anyone Know About This

You can add separate dataitem into the report, but it will be better to have the text somewhere in some table in NAV.
