Restoration Error in NAV 2013 !

Hi All,
I have created New DB From Development Environment(Nav 2013) .
After that when i tried to restore a SQL Backup in "SQl Server Management Studio" from Installation File then getting
Error message.kindly view the attachment.
please help me. ](*,)

No.i am trying to create a new Database by restoring .BAK file which is available in the product installation folder.
(Demo Database NAV (7-0).bak).and i am using SQL Server 2008 R2. ](*,)

Then Select Demo Database NAV (70) in To Database list.0
