How to create SPN for SQL-cluster?

Does anyone know how to do this?
I've been setting up several 3-tier installations without any issues.
Now I'm having trouble with my current installation because the customer is using a SQL-cluster.
It works great if the SQL-cluster is running on the same useraccount as NST (NAV Tier Server), but we cannot do that..
Do I experience issues with dynamic ports on the SQL-cluster?
There are a firewall between SQL and NST.
