RTC page issue

Hi all,
I have a strange problem with RTC page, there is a functionality added to page. every user can see it and using that functionality except one user.
I don't understand why this is happening with that particular user only, i have checked the page setup and customize this page functionality but didn't find the solution.
Please help me out .

We created a page with filters.
The filters were directly added under the container line (did not add a line with group).
:oops:
One of our customers customized the page, Show filter pane, not show filter pane.
The form showed the flowfilters but our filters (vars) dissapeared.....
:shock:
With restoring we got them back. (we had to do this in the specific page).
Restoring the defaults in User Personalization Card (9172)did not work.

We added a "group line" ML filters, indented the filters and now our VAR filters do not disappear anymore.
