Search records on a temp table

Hello!
I have a Temp table(grid on a Form) where i want to search an item but the search(Ctrl+B) button doesn't work.
When I try to search for it, It goes to the first record and then sometimes it finds it, sometimes it doesnt.
Any help for this?

PD: I look for any post about this but didn't find anything.
