Client (finsql.exe) starts only in English (Client 6.0 R2)

Hi all,
i moved several user-profiles (using the MS Easy-Transfer Tool) from one PC to another.
Now, when one of these users logs on into the new machine and starts finsql.exe the client only starts in English, not as installed in German.
Any user that was not copied starts the client in german, so the installation is OK !
If you remove the ntuser.dat file the client of a "faulty" user is starting in german as well. But of course you get a "temp" profile in that case.
So i guess, somewhere in the registry there must be something wrong. But whereor what ?
Has anybody got an idea where to search ?
