Upgrading to Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2013.

Hi everyone,
suppose if i am upgrading from 2009 R2 to NAV 2013 then whitch toolkit is support ?
i read PDF file(UpgradingNAV2013) from partner source login.But in this PDF File does not specify regarding to toolkit .
kindly help me.

1.Application upgrade and
2.Data Upgrade

For application upgrade you should use tools like Araxis, beyond compare or MergeTool etc.
and for Data Upgrade Microsoft has shipped upgradation objects with dvd..

If you have never done an upgrade before, please contact someone who did and let him/her teach you.

This is not 1998 and Navision 2.60 anymore. Upgrading is a complex process.
