Restriction of Using Bins user wise

Hi ALL
I want to know that can we restrict Users to using BINS which is not related to them under a specific warehouse. I know we can restrict users to using Warehouse which is not related to them but dont know about the BINS. Please update me regarding this query.
I am using NAV 5.0 SP1 Classic.
