Exchange Rate between EUR and USD on POS

Dear All,

I have defined an exchange rate between Euro and Dollar ( both are foreign currencies) in the Exchange rate table and i have defined the USD to Local currency as well, on POS when i use the EUR as a payment type, it is making the conversion between EUR and USD as my local currency conversion,

for example
Euro to USD is 1.3
and USD to LBP 1500.

no on POS when i am making a payment with Euro for an amount of 130,000 LBP it is saying that it is a 100,000 Euro which is 130,000/1.3
however it should be 130,000/1500 to convert to USD = 86.66 USD
now 86.66 USD divided by 1.3 (86.66/1.3= 66.66)

so the amount that i should pay should be 66.66 EUR not 100,000

anybody faced this before.
