Sales header .No not sorting when i put in body of sales lin

I make report as following

Data Item Name
Customer <Customer>
Sales Header <Sales Header> Sell-to Customer No.=FIELD(No.)
Sales Line <Sales Line> Document No.=FIELD(No.)

with indecent and relation to each other as above

in sales line body report i display sales header.No then quantity

then the records show but problem i can not show Sales Header .No in sorting ascending i write inside data item table view

of sales header sorting (no) ascending but no result .i see order no 54,34,64 meaning not arranged

how i solve this problem or arranged it ascending

You're not making much sence. you say "in sales line body report i display sales header.No then quantity"

then you say the sales header no does not sort correctly?

Which part are you talking about the sorting on the sales line dataitem or on the sales header dataitem.

Note & just to be safe when using the sales header & sales line tables - you should also link the "document type" not just the "Document No.". Just to avoid any cedit memo's that might have the same doc no.

is your setup like the pic attached?
