NAV13 BETA to RTM

Has anyone been able to convert the NAV13 Database to the RTM release version. We have been developing several clients solutions in the Beta release and are now having problems converting the database to work with the RTM release of NAV13. So far I have been having to go through the upgrade utility deleting tables as they are causing NAV to hang. This is a very slow process and really shouldnt be needed to be done, so far they are reports that we have not touched, but have not got so far as code units on the conversion yet.
